This Privacy Policy explains how LocusBx Behavioral Consulting (“LocusBx,” “we,” “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website. This policy applies to website visitors and prospective clients submitting inquiries through our site. It is separate from, and does not replace, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how we handle protected health information (PHI) for individuals who become clients.

When you submit an inquiry or intake form through our website (currently hosted via Google Forms), we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include your name, contact information, and details about the services you are seeking.
Information Collected Automatically
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This may collect information such as your approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, pages visited, and how you arrived at our site. This information is aggregated and used to improve our website; it is not used to identify you personally.
We do not currently use advertising trackers (such as the Meta Pixel) or sell visitor data to third parties.

We do not use website inquiry information for marketing purposes beyond responding to your initial inquiry, and we do not currently maintain an email newsletter or marketing list.

You may request that we delete inquiry information you submitted that did not result in becoming a client, by contacting us using the information below.
